On February 29, 2020, Park Sanghwa, Director of KECDC, participated in 2020 WAKS(President: Kim Myunghee) Korean School Teacher Workshop, which was changed to online workshop due to covid 19 outbreak. He encouraged executive committee of WAKS and lecturers to offer qualtiy online workshop to the Korean school teachers.
