On November 8, 2019, Chang Soyun, admistrative staff of KECDC, visited Gaithersburg Elementary School in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and presented Korean government fund for Korean language program to Prinicipal Meredith McNerney while expressing gratitude for her supporting Korean class.
