Shin Moon-kyu, Minister Counselor of Korean Embassy, and Park Sanghwa, Director of KECDC, attended Lunar New Year Banquet hosted by LEAAP (League of Educators for Asian American Progress) for educators of Montgomery County at Gaithersburg's Chinese restaurant in the evening of January 31, 2019. Ms. Shebra L. Evans, Chairman of Board of Education at Montgomery County and Dr. Jack Smith, Superintendent of MCPS, delivered congratulatory remarks and educators of MCPS enjoyed their students' performances and some Chinese food.
