We are pleased to announce the 2023 Korean Education Program for International Youth hosted by the Korean Ministry of Education and organized by the International Korean Education Foundation. We look forward to the active participation of middle and high school students studying the Korean language from around the world.

1.  Outline

 ◦ Name of the Program: 2023 International Korean Education Youth Camp
 ◦ Schedule
    - Main Program: Monday November 27th– Friday December 1st, 2023(On-Site)
     ※ Preliminary Training: Friday November 10th – Sunday November 12th, 2023(Online)
 ◦ Location: Hana Global Campus(Chungna, Incheon, South Korea) 
 ◦ Participants: About 110 Middle and High school students
 ◦ Award: Two participants will receive an award from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education. Two participants will receive an award from the Chairman of the National Assembly’s Education Committee.

-Korean Literature Appreciation Presentations (preliminary 
round)
- Preparatory  training  on  topics  such  as  performances  of Korean culture and art.
- Preparation period for the Main Program

- Real-time training(Online, 4-6 hours per day)
- Groups will be divided by levels

Korean language assessment, Orientation (group 
introduction), Safety training, Special lecture on Korean 
history and culture, Practice for cultural and artistic 
performance

Day 2

Korean Literature Presentation Contest, Specialized Korean training, Cultural/Arts performance practice, and Korean cultural experience

  

Day 3

 Korean history and culture experience
(Hana Bank tour, K-Food Nongshim tour, Hallyu Experience)		  

Day 4

Korean Literature Presentation Contest

Awards Ceremony, K-POP Audition Program                               

  

Day 5

 Comprehensive Disscussion and Satisfaction Survery

- Airport send-off

 ※ Schedule is subject to change. Participants will be notified individually after selection.
 ※ Program will be conducted in Korean
 ※ You can watch previous programs at www.ikefyouth.kr

◦ Support Details

  - Complete airfare
     ※ If needed crew accompanying service fee
     ※ Airline tickets will be bought by the participant and airfare will be reimbursed to the guardian through wire transfer during the program.
   - Accommodations and meals
   - Traveler’s insurance
   - Airpost pick up service

   - Deadline:  October 16th
   - Application Documents: Application (letter of self-introduction and letter of consent of provision of personal information), copy of passport  * Written in Korean
